Cloudteam (Netherlands) interview questions

Worst experience while going through the interview process. Overall they want to waste time with candidates. Job profile applied - Developer HR team - Very unprofessional. They didn't let me know how the overall interview process was going to be in spite of asking about it multiple times. First information conveyed through email said HR interview then on the interview day it seems to be a technical interview. I had to ask to re-schedule it as it was not informed to me that it will be a technical interview. Rescheduled Technical Interview - The interview went fine. After Interview, no response. waited more than a week. Then on follow-up they said that they received good feedback and are now looking for a person to conduct the next round. Still no clue what the next round will be. Keep on asking what will be the next round and what is the further remaining process. NO RESPONSE AT ALL. 2nd Interview - Guy asked three questions why this company, where do you see yourself in 3 years, and day to day activity Response by the interviewer : Sorry we are looking for consultant roles and not only developers roles. We can't invest in people to train them as Consultant. A lot of responsibilities the person already has. Closed the call. The interview process is done. Overall : Seems a bit non-sense and wasting candidate time.
