The interview process was painless compared to other companies that asked me to take time-intensive tests.
Everyone had a relaxed and personable vibe and it seemed like the department lead wanted to ensure a culture of respect.

I was asked about duties at my previous jobs, my strengths, my overall career aspirations. That kind of thing.
The interview process was great and provided a great opportunity to meet the creative team and get a feel for the people I’d be working with and what work would be like.
