Codec interview questions

It’s great if you’re informed, well-prepared, and have strong knowledge of Microsoft products—particularly Model-Driven Apps, Power Apps, and the Power Automate stack. Consultancy experience is a big plus, especially if you’re comfortable working with clients to shape solutions. Strong people skills are key - show that you can collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, and build trust. Keep it professional, but don’t be afraid to let a bit of personality come through—no need to be overly serious.
