The Interview process is very time taking and you must say it almost take 30 days. The Founder of the company Mr nithesh he wants every single thing in you on the same hand he himself is so disorganized. No value of time ,promise,money,candidate , HR Ms tresa is really good she will take the first round then you need to wait for second one which is also good the 3rd round will be be taken by CEO Nithesh who will simply speaks about incentives that is all. Position is for Crm and but he needs sales from that person. The same is not over here there is a strange thing assisment which a company usually takes initially but here it is last. Got selected here but crap they did they given the hike but all in variables and shares. Poor experience and I will not recommend this company for north people.
