Colab Cloud interview questions

Process was simply they contact me and call me the interview on 14th April 2025 in company office. I went for interview, but HR was not availabil, they were on leave, so their team leader of development team took my interview. It shows that, they all are not in the synchronisation and it is a example of bad management. One of the nonsense thing is at the end of the interview, interviewer told me, "Tommorow, HR will revert you about the salary, office time, and overall all the information", the thing is but I never heard from them and their revert from anyone. Another thing is one day after interview, when I tried to contact them, they literally abandoned the chat, completely ghosted me by them. Later, when I check the job status on Indeed, then I got to know that they have Rejected me. * Message Colab Cloud company and their HRs: If you want to reject us, tell us in front of me on that time, immediately. Don't ghost us. Don't abandoned the chat. It shows how professional you are. No one going to feel bad about it, if told upfront. On the other hand candidate will appreciate your decision because it doesn't hook them. Finally, don't forget to tell them why, what factors you consider for that particular candidate.
