Interview
online aptitude test cum English test. After this test, people who cleared it were distributed in groups. Thereafter, a group discussion round took place. The were many topics, like cinema and its effects, women empowerment, Indian politics etc. People clearing the group discussion round were called for personal interview. The whole process took 1 day for completion.
So I applied off campus and it starts with a basic aptitude test followed by an Interview with a Collabera manager and if you are through ends with a HR call telling about your CTc and benefits (that's what when I applied)

You have to fill out a form. It has various questions about you. The interview process has a single round. The panel consists of two interviewers. They are friendly. The overall process is nice.

It was average interview. They explain very nicely all the procedure of technical recruiter . What is the of technical recruiter etc. It was easy interview . After I interview they told me about manager interview.
