Interview
The interview process began with a recruiter calling and leaving a message on my voicemail. I interviewed with the corporate recruiter, then the hiring manager (vice president, my boss now), the executive VP, and finally, the president and COO. The interviews were behavior-based, thorough, conversational, comfortable and specific to the job. They were handled through Skype and then I was flown to our corporate office for face-to-face interviews with the HR manager, my boss VP of strategic accounts, the exec VP and the president and COO. I felt very comfortable with all the interviews and I felt they were genuinely interested in the knowledge I could bring to the company. Best decision I've ever made.

Interview
Phone interviews came first with HR and then the hiring manager (Vice President). Then Skype video interviews with HR, hiring manaher and Executive VP. This was followed-up with a trip to corporate paid by Collabera for interviews with HR, VP, Executive VP and CEO.
