So I applied off campus and it starts with a basic aptitude test followed by an Interview with a Collabera manager and if you are through ends with a HR call telling about your CTc and benefits (that's what when I applied)

Their were 3 rounds of Interview.
1st was telephonic and discussion on job role and location
2nd was just a normal interview as not much technical skills were required, they focused much on communication and interpersonal skills of a candidate
3rd was salary discussion

You have to fill out a form. It has various questions about you. The interview process has a single round. The panel consists of two interviewers. They are friendly. The overall process is nice.
