Applied via Indeed and was scheduled for an in-person interview. The interview was with four people, including the gentleman who would be my boss (who mainly ran the interview), the individual I was replacing, and a couple of others. It was a fairly straightforward interview, with questions ranging from general (my work background, schooling, etc) to more typical interview-specific questions (talk about a time you were most proud as a manager, tell us about a time when you failed, etc); honestly there was nothing too far afield from what you would usually expect. The interviewer and everyone in the room was friendly, and it wasn't a tense or intimidating environment at all, although I was admittedly pretty nervous beforehand. Overall, it was a positive experience.
