I applied online. I interviewed at Concentrus (San Diego, CA) in Jan 2026
Interview
Pretty straight forward process consisting of 4-5 calls. Communication with the Concentrus team was (particularly Shui) was fantastic. The first was a short, high-level alignment call with the recruiter to confirm alignment with job history, skills, and goals. From there I met with a director where I was asked more detailed questions about my work history. After that I met with the hiring manager to whom I'd report. The final call was with the owner where he focused more on compensation expectations, tested my commitment to prospect and cold call, and asked about my long term career goals. We scheduled another call to talk through the comp plan in more detail but I accepted an offer before we were able to meet. I loved their vibe and it was a tough choice to choose the other offer. It's clear to me in the way they treat candidates that they care deeply for their employees, their customers, and are looking to make good long term hiring decisions.

Question 1
How would you handle a misunderstanding or dispute with another co-worker or supervisor?
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Concentrus (Diamond Bar, CA) in Apr 2017
Interview
I was contacted by an outside staffing agency. Their representatives were very professional and checked in with me frequently. I had a brief phone interview with a staffing agency rep, then a video interview with the hiring manager. She was able to answer all of my questions and give me a good description of the role. After that, I was scheduled for an in person interview with the President of the company. She asked some unexpected questions about my values/personal goals, but I felt it was a good interview. Not your typical "where do you see yourself in 5 years" type. The whole process took about 2 weeks.
