The interview process was smooth, and the potential colleague was sincere and straightforward in explaining the job description or role in detail. The interview was not hard, they were even honest about the working pace there.

It wasn't very difficult. They simply explained the process and asked few situation based questions, that's it. As far as salary negotiation is concerned give your best and be firm with your numbers.
