I only interacted with standoffish staff who seemed unwilling to elaborate on the hiring process. They did not support or reimburse for licensure, which many remote companies will. They did not follow up in a timely manner (I mean even within a week) for initial interview nor to any emailed questions throughout. Very unprofessional and I found the small, for-profit company very hard to deal with, especially for a remote contractor. There are so many more remote opportunities for BCBAs that are more responsive and reliable, I would encourage clinicians to seek work elsewhere.
