Connecticut Valley Oral Surgery Associates interview questions

Spent 1.5 hours on the phone with hiring manager on initial interview. Then scheduled a working interview that lasted almost 4 hours (unpaid). Was called back for additional working interview, which was then rescheduled, last minute. Rescheduled for the following day. Went back for second working interview. All went well, seemed promising, but after all of that, they went with the other candidate that was also following the same protocol.
