Fairly simple. The interview process is rather quick and questionable. I can guarantee the thought of it being to good to be true. Their turn over rate is also rather high

Interview
Found an ad on craigslist called the number and left a voicemail. Was called back in a couple hours to setup an interview the same day. Was asked a few questions and was hired on the spot, went for the drug test the next day.
