Management should refine their questions and become more creative, it is rather vague question how do you see yourself in the next 5 years. Perhaps, I would like to sit in the management chair and ask much better questions in next 5 - 10 years..

Interview
The interview process involved two stages: the first was a one-on-one with the prospective line manager, and the second included both the same manager and a current team member. Before the second interview, I also took a personality assessment test.
Overall, it was a interesting and very positive experience. The person I interacted with was transparent and accommodating. I declined for personal reasons but I feel I missed out on a very good opportunity.

Questions were mostly related to my past experiences on how I handle tasks/assignment.
There was also a focus on the personality assessment test. More as a starting point to discuss the fit with the company and team culture.

Interview
30 min online screening call. Basic introductions
90 min in-person interview with product manager and CTO. In-depth presentation of Continia and some technical questions.
60 min online follow-up call with team lead and manager. More technical questions. This call wasn't part of the original process, but we ran out of time during the in-person interview.
