Interview
Requested an unpaid skills test to see if I could do the work. Despite several follow-ups, I never heard from them again. I've since learned that companies that ask for unpaid skills tests should be avoided, but for all I know this was just a scheme to get free work. Not even following up is really unethical recruiting behavior.

Interview
Interview process was easy. And I got selected. My only qualm is they should have added a more detailed JD in LinkedIn as to what the job entails. The JD and the interview process implied the job as a simple one, but the reality was very different. They should mention the right description in the JD.
