Fantastic interview. Expectations outplayed before hand. Extremely pleasant staff that took the fear factor away. No pressure or putting you under too much stress. Allowed me to open up and talk about me and what experience I had. Some technical questions, an assessment and a chat with MD. I would have taken the job too but I had a slightly better offer and went elsewhere.
