I went in and had to take a quick typing test to establish that I could meet the WPM requirements. Then I was asked to transcribe an audio-only job to the best of my ability and within 10 minutes. Once that was done, I reviewed the job with the Operations Supervisor, talked over my resume, and was told I could begin working. It was simple.
