I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CoreAxis in Mar 2022
Interview
After a week, I was contacted by the recruiter and met with her the following week. The week after, I was scheduled to meet with the hiring manager, but an hour before she emailed to say the position was filled. I was informed the pay range was $75-95k (negotiable), 96 floating holidays, 2 weeks vacation, 1 week sick leave, a 401k (no match), and no health benefits.

We appreciate the time it took to provide your thoughtful feedback. However we do have a set budget per role for the year and our existing offer was expected before your interview was to take place. We wish you the absolute best. Keep in mind we offer flexibility with our salary ranges. Take Care!
Interview process was standard and the people I spoke with were able to fully and clearly describe the position and person they were looking for. I think they were at a growth stage and knew they needed someone for their forecast but might not have had the capacity to on-board.

Question 1
They asked about experience, software, process, etc
Thank you! At times our forecast does require additional resources but then a project scope will change adjusting the forecast. We do our very best to have consultants placed on projects as soon as possible.
I applied online. I interviewed at CoreAxis in May 2020
Interview
This company was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful in their interview/hiring process. They repeatedly jerked me around. After going through the entire interview process, getting offered a contractor position, negotiating terms and accepting, they kept postponing my start date and then ghosted me entirely. I was the one who kept having to reach out, as there was zero proactive communication on their part. I had to wait days and sometimes weeks for an email response. This company does not seem to know what they want and does not have an accurate read on their staffing needs and client load.
I applied at the end of April 2020 for this position and heard back quickly. Over the next three weeks I had an initial call, a skills assessment, and two follow-up calls. I accepted the position at the end of May, and was told I would be onboarded the following week.
After not hearing back about my onboarding, I reached out to check in. I was told to expect an email a couple days later, but got nothing. More than a week later, they said their work had slowed down and they couldn't bring me in for another month. Understandable for a consulting company, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I reached out again a few weeks later and was told that it would be another couple of months before they could bring me on. At the end of August, I checked in again and was told they would get back to me after the Labor Day weekend. They never did.
Stay away from this unprofessional company that has zero respect for your time.
