Interview
The Director read my resume and reviewed my employment history- she asked if preferred working with a team, or by myself. She inquired as to why I wanted to go into childcare. I asked her to take me through an average day, and she gave me a tour of the school, and I met the teachers. I learned about what I would be doing on a day to day basis as a Teacher's Aide.
