I sent my resume online. They contacted me through the job search site in a message and asked me to come in and interview for the position. I went in 2 days later and ended up being interviewed by the assistant manager at the time. He asked me about 3 questions, thanked me for coming in and told me they would call me if they felt I was a right fit for the position. I got a call later that evening by the manager asking if I would accept the job offer. I accepted and started the next day.
