Interview
3 people. Basic questions and then you take a "Can you spot the difference" test to see how detail oriented you are. I ended up getting the position after I graduated - 1 month into the job they then had me start helping conduct their interviews for new hires. Be wary of this if you go in for an interview, not everyone is as experienced or important as you would expect.
