Interview
Interview process was fairly simple. Worked with recruiter and a panel interview was setup for in person (pre-covid). Once the panel was completed, it was only 2 weeks before a job offer was presented

Cox uses STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Response) for most positions.
Interviewed over Zoom call w/ multiple directors, 3 one time 2 another with one who could not make it. They use the Situational questioning method and I hear they use the STAR method to score you. One director appeared to be disinterested but the others seemed to take notes and were engaged.
