    Stable financial outlook during tough times.Company constantly looking for ways to grow.Culture is front and center on everyones mind and the teams take great efforts to ensure inclusion and diversity

    Cons

    Decision Making is limited to officers in the company making it very hard for mid-level managers to move fast. Development opportunities available are not widely discussed.
