I worked at Cox Communications full-time

    Pros

Working hrs aren't bad. You get your hourly pay and bonus money when adding new services for customers. The Training is also a tool you'll want to really take serious because it'll help you out tremendously

    Cons

Customer complaints are the worst to deal with and you have to limit your time with every customer because if your on a call way to long your getting dinged by your supervisor. Also if your not great at multitasking you may either wanna work towards it or pass it..
