Was hired on as a contract employee- temp to hire- Was presented to company by agency- scheduled for interview onsite with Cox Communications Hiring Manager- Process was very quick, interview style was very relaxed, almost informal. Basic STAR questions and a few background questions about previous work experience.
Was extended permanent position after 90 days- had to resubmit all information for background check and complete a second drug screen.

Seamless process, much harder than your average interview from the plenty that I have experienced, they ask questions in a STAR format, which I do believe need some reviewing before you go straight into the interview.

Very quick and professional. The hiring managers were very kind and open to conversation, the questions were not difficult just STAR type questions. They gave me enough time to think and come up with a previous scenario to adequately answer there questions

Applied, then a couple days later I received an assessment email and the next day I had a phone interview and after the conversation I was asked to come in for a face to face interview. It feels like an interrogation setting with a group panel taking notes.
