I went through (3) interviews - HR, 1-1, and last one was a panel interview. They use the STAR format. After, the last interview I was ghosted. No communication even after multiple follow-ups.

3 interviews. 1 panel interview. It took about 3-4 weeks. They were transparent. Overall pretty average interview process. Pay was average for position title. Management was pretty good. Hybrid work environment.
