1st Interview: Screening | Introduction Interview - This Interview was hosted by an Executive Admin. She asked basic questions and documented my responses for the hiring managers review.
2nd Interview: Hiring Manager Interview
3rd | Final Interview
The overall interview experience at Create Spaces was positive. I appreciated the opportunity to speak with multiple team members, and each conversation was engaging and encouraging. However, after participating in four rounds of interviews, I felt that the process could have been more efficient—perhaps scaled down to two well-structured interviews. While I was ultimately not selected, I remain impressed by the team and the company’s vision.
