I was contacted in response to an online application. The Email suggested a phone call but also referenced a zoom link (which was not provide)...seemed unprofessional. When contacted, I was then speaking to an HR representative who was asking me question about my background yet she didn't seem like she had any comprehension of work experience or context of role, simply based on her own age and background. She said she was 'taking notes' and would pass them along and if there was interest I would hear back. I'm unclear what she was taking notes on exactly. She seemed new to the company herself and the vibe of the company is definitely start-up, lacking maturity....likely looking for 'humble and hungry'...albeit I can't imagine she was able to evaluate experience based on the questions I was asked.
