Crohn's & Colitis interview questions

I was invited to the first stage of the interview and was met by the income manager and the design lead. They were both extremely forthcoming and kind. I was asked about my strengths and weaknesses, my favourite projects I had a chance to work on, what I do to make sure I maintain a sense of what is trendy.
