The interview is a multi-stage process that is related to the Job description. All stages are apparent, and the line Manager is very professional. they started with a phone screening, then one-one with the direct manager, and then with Panel.

Interview
It was a flawless process. The first person to reach out was a recruiter who explain the patient and gave me the basic information. Then I interviewed with the regional director. He made my interview feel at ease, interactive, and by the end I knew exactly what to expect for the position as well as the remainder of the interview process. My last interview was with the unit directors at the hospital, whom I would be working closely with if chosen, they were thorough in what this position will do and the interaction made me feel that I belong with this team.

Before my interview with the regional director, I was given a scenario to answer for the interview. This scenario establishes the foundation of what your interview will entail and your response helps the interviewer know your train of thought.

Interview
There were two interviews, one with System Patient Experience Manager and one with the Operations team and Directors. There is a scenario interview as well but it is not too bad.
