Just ask you questions about weakness strengths and why u think ur fit for the job. They give u scenarios and have u answer them on the spot. It’s pretty thorough, although I went blank minded in the interview bc I was so tired 😭 but yeah pretty chill

Interview
I applied online, waited around a week, received an email with an online assessment (personality test, reaction test and math test). After a week, I received an email to schedule a phone call for 10-15 mins. Phone interview was easy, no math questions just some interview questions and checking availability/schedule. I got invited for an in person interview the following week, the interview lasted around 30-40 mins, they asked me a few maths questions and general interview questions. After that I was told to wait 5 business days for a phone call. Just be calm, social, prepare questions and practice your percentages!
