face to face very easy, got along great, everyone else was mean, no one cared about you, co workers mean, customers were horrible, they gave you very rough hours, and did not care if you could come in or not. no days off if you were sick. you would work 14 hours a day for no reason

No interview process. Just handed in resume and was called for follow up. After phone interview received phone call. Only was asked basic questions like, education, experience, what my commute was like etc.

Interview
It was very smooth and non-intimidating. The management team are like family. I went in at my scheduled time and about thirty minutes later I was offered the job, which I accepted.
