1. Extremely unprofessional handling of candidates
2. Interview was “scheduled,” but no link or further communication was ever provided.
3. No respect for candidate’s time or effort.
4. Basic professionalism and courtesy were completely missing.
5. Makes you wonder how such unprofessional people operate in a so-called professional field.

Questions were irrelevant and outdated (marks in 10th, 12th, degree, etc.) instead of assessing skills.
Then my current and expected salary, and preferred Work Location, all of which were already filled in their form.
Finally said, “We have scheduled an interview for XXX, is that okay for you?
