It is mostly a standard interview process. But it is the people I talked to made the whole interview process so different and positive! Process: HR phone screen - Hiring manager phone interview - CMO+Hiring manager+Another department head zoom interview - CEO interview. The whole process was smooth. The HR lady moved really quickly and the whole team has been quite responsive to me, answering my questions well.
