Various behavioral tests and questions that do not help the applicant find out if the company is a right fit for them. Filled out long online application/book before getting to next round of speaking with their consultant. Recruiter said that was the furthest they had seen someone get with this small company.

They were not communicative throughout the process. They required that I take several proficiency tests before ever going through an interview, which turned out to be a waste of time. They also seemed disorganized since their plans changed regarding where the position would be based.
