Interview
The process is similar to other companies
first round - Screening (aptitude & verbal)
second round - technical round (mcq's)
third round - Interview (technical & HR combined)
Aptitude was not so difficult neither too easy,
Second round was technical it was also not so difficult if you have your basics clear.
around 200 students appeared for first round and 20 were promoted to next round.
Student clearing These rounds have to attend a online psychological test, though it is not an elimination round. the performance may be used while attending interview.
Interview was conducted 3:1, two interviewer were from HR and one from technical background.
Interviewers made me feel easy, they asked about myself, my internships & projects.
The questions were asked only related to my resume and projects
HR asked to me, why i was fit for the job and why they should hire me for technical, they asked me whether i will opt for sales if they give a posting in my native.
