Interview
The interview was in four phases
Phase 1: Telephone screening with HR and getting to know if you are actually fit for the job.
Phase 2: Zoom meeting with two managers and had simultaneous technical and behavioral interview which lasted about 40 mins.
Phase 3: A more senior personnel drilled me with situational and leadership questions and lasted about 30 mins
Phase 4: Panel of three senior managers asked various questions for about an hour.

Have you ever failed before? How often? What do you do each time you failed on a task?
Easy questions, basic stuff like 'Tell me about yourself and why do you want to work here?' The interviewer was friendly and gave time for me to ask plenty of questions at the end.

Then the interviewer asked to Explain about your BTech project. Then asked some questions related to it.
