I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Cummins (Orlando, FL) in Nov 2014
Interview
I interviewed with Cummins through a conference. After that I did a phone interview that determent their decision. Very friendly people and passionate about what they do. They want to hear about your achievements and the type of person you are. Its important to show that you are very easy adaptable because Cummins has a very diverse work environment. Also do not hesitate to ask them for their own experience and what they like most about working in there.
