I applied online. I interviewed at Cummins in Aug 2020
Interview
The interview was a very inviting environment. The interviewer was not pressing or asking difficult questions. It was a standard interview based on individual skill sets and responding to the environment.
I applied through university. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Cummins (Provo, UT) in Sept 2016
Interview
1 Technical Interview, 1 personality based interview. The process was straight forward. They emphasize previous experience in manufacturing or in/around automobiles or engines. The experience is really what will get you the job as long as you don't fail the interview process. If you've worked with cars/engines they that should stand out on your resume and in your interview.
