The whole interview process is intellectual, professional, genuine, kind, and honest. It is clear that this is a hardworking business and they want to hire as such, obviously. Annie, the head of HR, is helpful, informative, follows up quickly, gives you all the information needed, and does not string you along. She's honest and upfront about the entire process. While these are considered interviews, they feel more like conversations with your peers. I have learned so much about Curry and what they are they looking for in their candidates, as well as what I am looking for as well.
They give you an incredibly clear description of what the job entails whereas other companies are very vague, and for that I am very appreciative.
