One interview, where I met with another Sales Associate and talked about my background, and relationship to Baseball/Softball. It was very smooth, and just need to make sure you are a normal person, with good communication skills.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at D-BAT (Tuscaloosa, AL) in Oct 2019
Interview
Didn’t have an interview, very easy. They really just walked me around the place and told me how everything would run and then I filled out papers. Very laid back.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at D-BAT (Atlanta, GA) in Jun 2018
Interview
I went in for an in person interview for the customer service and sales associate position. I toured the facility first. Then I went into the interviewer's office and he told me his background. He then asked me questions. I answered all the questions and I asked some of my questions back to him. The interview I thought went very smoothly and it was great to hear about the organization. At the end though, He told me they like to give an answer either way in two to three business days. I never heard back from them at all. That is very unprofessional. I guess I dodged a bullet not joining the organization.
