I was first given a phone interview with the recruiter where I answered basic questions about why I was interested in the position and my experience along with being briefed on general HR tidbits about the company. That was followed by an in-person interview with the Hiring Manager and peer team members. The second interview went very well and was very authentic with open conversation and candor. I was then brought in for a 3rd interview with Hiring Manager, VP, and IT Director. The interview participants were all clearly squeezing the interview in where it fit in their schedules, and I appreciated their willingness to get it done as soon as possible. It did make for a bit of a rushed interview experience and it would have been nice to know that I was only interviewing for 30 minutes before the interview started.
