The interview process was relatively harmless. This is a Post-MBA job so for the most part they know that you are qualified for the job. You should come prepared with basic industry knowledge and some finance/accounting wouldn't hurt. The second round interviews were a half day of interviews with each interview lasting 20-30 minutes with 3-4 interviewers in each room.
