Multiple step interview process. Be prepared to talk about wine and food knowledge of Spain. Knowing and being fluent in Spanish is a plus. The manager will also want to get to know you a little. There is a big emphasis on family and community at the restaurant.

asked about my background, and why I would like to work for them. Also asked me my previous work history. They asked me to tell them about my alcohol knowledge name some common drinks.
