      I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at DOPPER (Haarlem)

      Received an email saying I was a good match for the role. Had a 30 minute phone interview only to be told at the end that I didn't have enough experience. Complete waste of time and not considerate of candidates applying for the job. If there is any hesitation about a candidates' experience, but you still want to plan an interview, mention the hesitations it at the beginning of the call. It is very unfair to tell a candidate they are not qualified for the position and don't have enough experience at the end of the call. Interesting company with a nice sustainable goal. Disappointing company culture with a highly inconsiderate interviewing process.
