DaVita IT Director interview questions

I applied on line and they contacted me the same day. I had a great informal interview with HR. Then nothing for weeks. I called to check up and they said they decided to "go a different direction" with the job. Then several weeks later, out of the blue I get a call from the reporting manager asking for me to meet her for breakfast the next morning. She was almost 15 minutes late and the interview felt rushed because she was leaving right after our meeting for a vacation in Italy. She was nice but we didn't connect and I realized the job and I were not a great fit after I learned more about it. One thing is for sure: I will never agree to an interview over a meal again. Once we had finished talking about the job I had barely touched my food because I was busy answering her questions. So she was completely finished eating and just sat there watching me try to quickly finish enough of the food to not be rude (I had barely had a bite). Then she made a comment about another guy she interviewed who took forever to eat and made me extremely uncomfortable. I immediately asked for a box to go and got out of there fast. I sent a thank you note for the interview and never looked back.
