The interview process included a written test and multiple-choice questions to evaluate subject expertise and problem-solving skills. It was followed by a panel interview that assessed my teaching methodologies, communication abilities, classroom management techniques, and approaches to student engagement. Overall, it was a comprehensive evaluation of my teaching capabilities.

Basic questions in preli written, then a presentation on a project and a final viva. They ask technical questions, sometimes professor from buet join via online. There interview board is pretty helpful, don't let examinee be tensed.
