Interview
I applied via LinkedIn and received an email stating they were interested in my experience, and that the interview process would begin with a set of questions and three tasks.
I replied with my answers and submitted content for each of the three tasks, all before the incredibly short deadline.
I never received an email back – not even an acknowledgment for the time and effort I put into the tasks, let alone a simple rejection. Nothing.

QUESTIONS:
I would love to learn a little about you and where you’re at:
* Where are you currently working and in what role, and why are you seeking a new position?
* What do you value in a workplace, and what is most important to you when considering your next employer?
* What excites you most about this role, and about working at Daisy and Hen?
* What is your favourite social media platform and why?
* What do you think makes ‘good’ content and why? (bonus points for sharing something you’ve seen recently that you love!)
TASKS:
1. Create a short form Instagram Reel ‘hero’ing’ any product from our range, while telling a story to our audience. We are not looking for high end production quality – we want fun, vibrant, and captivating short form content that – educates / informs / entertains. Assets can be gathered from our / the relevant brand website and socials.
2. Create a simple Instagram strategy plan for the lead up and launch of key product launch. This should include a plan for what content will be shared and when, before, during, and after the launch. You do not need to create the content, just an outline of the plan.
3. Create 3 static (separate) social posts including an image(s) and copy for each one. Images can be accessed from our site, or the brands site / Instagram. Please create one post with each of the following purpose:
1. Entertain
2. Educate
3. Inform

Honestly, Daisy & Hen had a really fun and engaging interview process, i got the privilege of attending the group interview. The group interview consisted of us saying our names, having a partner introduce us, we had to pair up and then got assigned a scenario where we had to explain how we would handle that and then ended with us choosing two products and promoting them! extremely chill and comfortable environment

Q: a customer comes in to return a pair of shoes that was purchased last week due to the shoes being broken, after further inspection you see they are broken because of scuffs that show sign of wear, what would you do ?
Q: a customer comes in wanting to exchange a shirt that was purchased last year because it is a size to small, however out return policy cleary states returns are only accept before 14 days what would you do ?
Q: a big launch is scheduled for tomorrow, your shipment is delayed but you need the stock for tomorrows launch what do you do?
Q: a mum and her 3 children come in and mum is stresses about purchasing a present and the three children are riding a display toy, putting jellycats a shopping basket and opening a fresh packet of textures, what would you do ?
