Interview
Interview starts with a test, 100 questions, pass mark 75%. If you pass, you move on to in person interview where you are asked basic aviation questions. Due to Covid they now do online interviews. MD83 is the major fleet (5) and B737 cl (2)

Interview
Very professional and actually tested for the competency they wanted. It is a wonderful experience.
At the first stage, 8 talent was invited for the interview, 3 was shortlisted for another round of interview. The second stage came as a discussion between the interviewer and the 3 talents whereby we were given real time case studies and we were expected to discuss just so they could assess our expression, problem solving skill and ability to take initiative and ability to work as a team
