Totally unethical...At least 2 hour interview. If your a married female they'll ask for a second interview with you and your husband. They want to know how much money you have in the bank and if your young they'll ask about your parents savings account.

Interview
Pretty basic types of questions for personality and previous experience. Touched on the technologies used, which was mostly Microsoft Access of various versions. Benefits were touched on as well as a few political beliefs of the interview manager. Included a brief tour of the facility.
